We are delighted to offer pre-orders for custom instruments or upcoming instruments on our build list. Typically, we require a 10% non-refundable deposit, though for complex customizations, a higher deposit may apply. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The outstanding balance becomes due once the instrument is built and ready for shipment. If the instrument is ready to be shipped, and the remaining balance invoice remains unsettled for more than 60 days, the customer forfeits their deposit.
