Ok.. so I own a Collings i30LC so I am partial to them. I love these guitars. And this one seems to even be better than mine.
These guitars don't have a wood block in them so they are much lighter in weight than their i35 cousin. This gives them much more natural resonance and are more versatile in my opinion. They sound great for clean jazz tones, but then grumble and break up just the way you'd want them to when pushed - yet they never lose control and start feeding back where you don't want them to. No booming low tones or screeeching out high frequencies. Just perfectly balanced.
This Collings i30 features a tobacco sunburst stain and Jason Lollar P90 pickups.
