The Ome Tupelo has a very authentic old time banjo tone with a very woody tone. It features a 17 fret S-scoped fingerboard. The 2-ply cherry rim is 9/16” thick and is capped with black ebonite and bound with simulated tortoise shell. The Ome 12” maple Tone Rim construction combined with fewer brackets and wood rim-rod produce Ome's “woodiest” old-time banjo tone. The Tupelo is made with the same care and precision as other Ome instruments and comes complete with a hardshell case and Limited Lifetime Warranty.

OME Tupelo
I recently bought my dream banjo, the OME Tupelo. I’d been eyeing this particular banjo on various vendor websites for several months and finally purchased it from Banjo Studio. David was very helpful and spoke highly of this instrument. He was spot on and the banjo has far exceeded my expectations in its sound, playability, and looks. I highly recommend the OME Tupelo and Banjo Studio!
Ome Tupelo
My first upgrade from a "beginner level" banjo and I don't think I could have made a better decision than an Ome. It plays and sounds beautifully (even my banjo hating wife couldn't deny it). Shipped out within a few days and was packaged well.
Ome Tupelo
Very happy with the banjo. Looks great, plays great. No complaints. And David at Banjo Studio was a pleasure to deal with.
