Love my new Vega #2.
Banjo is as advertised. Great workmanship and sound. Will make a wonderful frailing banjo. David was great to work with and gave me a fair price on a trade-in. Will purchase from Banjo Studio again as the need arises.

The Vega #2 is made of my favorite wood, curly maple stained light amber. A great banjo and service.
This Vega has plenty of volume and was purchased for practicing with a lighter weight banjo. My Stelling is much heavier and playing for many hours gets harder as I get older. I practice early mornings and later at night and usually with out finger picks or a mute. It sounds great with or without picks and has a rich bell tone and very responsive. I am a three finger picking style player and at the two plus year mark of playing. The purchase process was really easy as David reviewed the various models and the order was placed on a Tuesday and arrived in Naples , Florida Thursday.

Vega two a dream
I just love the Vega 2 I bought through you. When I first started playing it sounded raspy sort of a gritted sound. This thing is so responsive that it picked a worn thumb pick. New picks problem solved. Play and learn. The sound is warm sweet an clear, you are going to hear every mistake. The service was great I received a fair trade for a banjo as part of the purchase, and very happy with the setup, shipping and personal service.
